Once a team is accepted, the entry fee is non-refundable. In the event a team is not accepted, the full fee is refunded.
Teams will be contacted by email. Accepted teams, game schedules and field maps will be posted on the web site no later than one week prior to the tournament. Consideration for special requests for scheduling must be made no later than January 9th.
Team registration will take place on November 20 at our host hotel, the Holiday Inn Riverview, 301 Savannah Hwy, Charleston, SC 29407 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
