  absentee ballots may be received for nominated candidates for Board positions. Any
  family wishing to submit an absentee ballot must provide a match schedule which
  shows a conflict due to a soccer match during the time of the Annual General Meeting
  which precludes that family from participating in the Annual General Meeting at the
  scheduled date and time. The Member at Large reserves the right to accept and 
  administer the absentee balloting.

  concession stand is maintained with the proper food and drink supplies for weekly
  Micro Soccer games, tournaments and other events sponsored or supported by the 
  Club. The Concession Stand Manager will also work with the Volunteer Coordinator
  with regards to staffing requirements of the concession stand for these Club
  activities. This position is appointed by the Board, answers to the Board, and is not a
  Board position.
Tournament Coordinator
Existing By-Law Language Proposed By-Law Language
Position does not exist at this time. The Tournament Coordinator will either directly manage the soccer tournaments for
  the Club or be the Club’s point of contact with any tournament management
  company contracted by the Club to manage the Club’s soccer events, or tournaments
  sponsored by the Club. In addition, the Tournament Coordinator will work with any
  outside organization which desires to use our facilities for a fee. This position is
  appointed by the Board, answers to the Board, and is not a Board position.
